WHY DETOX?
The environment in which live and the food we choose to eat affects
our health, for example, some of the worse culprits are smoking,
directly or indirectly, drinking alcohol, working with manmade materials,
absorbing chemicals from beauty products, detergents and eating preservatives
in processed food are all ways in which we can clutter up our bodies
with toxins. Detoxing is simply a way to help the body get rid of
these toxins, but it does need to be done carefully.
Food can improve or aggravate your health; what agrees with
one person may harm another. Nutrition
is the ultimate key to a healthier body so much so
that intolerance testing is recommended, which can be arranged.
