Goal Setting
What does it mean and why bother?
Goal setting is simply a motivational tool to keep you on track. For example your goal may be to:
- lose weight for a special event
- gain a competitive level of fitness
- improve suppleness
- improve a medical condition (e.g. high blood pressure)
- help recovery from an illness or injury
- get a better shape and improved overall health
Your Trainer will encourage progression by helping you;
- Make sure your choices are realistic and achievable
- To adjust as your circumstances change
- Plan your goals and how you reach them, incorporating life coaching.
