Goal Setting

What does it mean and why bother?

Goal setting is simply a motivational tool to keep you on track. For example your goal may be to:

  • lose weight for a special event
  • gain a competitive level of fitness
  • improve suppleness
  • improve a medical condition (e.g. high blood pressure)
  • help recovery from an illness or injury
  • get a better shape and improved overall health

Your Trainer will encourage progression by helping you;

  • Make sure your choices are realistic and achievable
  • To adjust as your circumstances change
  • Plan your goals and how you reach them, incorporating life coaching.
