Personal Training
Bodyworx 'Home and Away' training is a simple way to tighten and tone your body at home or at work.
You can train;
- either individually or in small groups, according to your needs
- check your health and fitness status
- write an agreed, personalised programme
- agree an end goal
- regularly update programmes as progress is made
At the first session you will be screened to get an idea of your individual health and fitness levels.
It may be necessary for you to check with your GP if you have a medical condition that it is safe for you to go ahead.
The equipment you'll need to start training:
- a supportive pair of trainers
- comfortable, layered clothing/small towel
- a small exercise mat (which you can buy from a sports shop)
- access to drinking water
- determination!
Everything is worked out for you, whatever your level, all you'll have to do is put in the time and effort.
